Cancellation & changes
Seat hold: online holds are kept for 24 hours. If no deposit is paid within this time, the hold is released automatically at no charge.
Cancellation fees (of the tour price, by notice given before the departure date):
- 5 days or more: free (0%)
- 3 to 4 days: 50%
- 1 to 2 days, on the departure day or no-show: 100%
Date changes: you may change the departure date free of charge up to 2 times, with notice before departure and subject to availability on the new date.
Holidays, Tet and fireworks nights: special conditions apply; our consultant will confirm them with your booking.
Force majeure: if natural disasters or bad weather close a site, we offer an equivalent programme or refund the unused services.
Payment
Once availability is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required. The balance is due 7 days before departure.
Pay by bank transfer / VietQR to the company account only. Alo Travel does not accept payments to personal accounts.

How are child prices calculated?

Do you have English-speaking guides?
Yes. International guests, please contact us for a quote and the right guide for your group.
Do tours ALO 02 / ALO 05 go to Cu Lao Cham or the coconut forest?
You choose one of the two; the price is the same.
Privacy policy
We collect the name, phone number, email, travel date and group size you provide, only to confirm and deliver your services and to look after you. We never sell or share your data with third parties except as needed to deliver the service. Data is kept only as long as needed for the service and as required by law.
